Cupcake making workshop

The Williams Landing Shopping Centre will be hosting free kids cupcake making workshops in the Kitchen Workshops. Enjoy some school holiday fun by decorating your very own ‘cupcake buddy’, creating a piglet, puppy, bunny or cat. No bookings required, located outside Woolworths at the Williams Landing Shopping Centre.

Flower crown workshop

On Saturday, October 7 between noon-4pm, Pacific Werribee is holding flower crown workshops as part of its fashion discovery event. For all information, please head to the Pacific Werribee website:

Build-A-Bear workshop

On Sunday, October 8, Pacific Werribee is holding a build a bear workshop. Children are welcome to come to the centre court and create their own furry friend. Runs from 10.30am to 4pm. $5 per child.

St Vincent’s Hospital open day

In view of the opening the new Werribee hospital next year, an open day will be held on Sunday, November 26 from noon to 4pm.

At the event, the hospital doors will be open to the community, allowing you to visit the new hospital and have a look at the facilities and wards.

Dance performances from local dance schools and a children’s activity corner will also be provided. Address: 240 Hoppers Lane, Werribee.

School reunion at Little River

Little River (State) Primary School will be celebrating 140 years of education. Past students, teachers and parents are encouraged to come and share their memories while looking through a collection of photographs and other school articles. The reunion will be held on Saturday, October 7, from 1pm onwards at Little River Primary School Hall Flinders Street.

Almost, Maine

Wyndham Theatre Company and Werribee Secondary College are joining forces to put on a comedy called Almost, Maine. In the mythical town of Almost, residents find themselves falling in and out of love at an alarming rate.

Almost, Maine will be performed at the Joy Bevan Theatre (WSC auditorium) October 13 and 14 at 7.30pm and also a 2.30pm matinee show on the 14.
