The Cats lead the A grade ladder by a game outright from Romsey after taking care of Kilmore with a 79-17 win.
Romsey won the rematch of last year’s preliminary final 38-26 against Melton Central with Hope Hamilton sinking 30.
Wallan holds sixth after a 37-29 win against Sunbury Kangaroos, while in other results Broadford won 39-24 against Diggers Rest and Riddell downed Rockbank 68-24.
