The Cobras found another level in the third quarter, outscoring the Devils 17-7 to take control of the game.
They extended that lead in the last quarter to win, 53-40, to get their first win of the season.
Ashlee Mitchell shot 31 goals at 89 per cent to lead the Cobras.
Melanie Freeman was the sharp shooter for the Devils, shooting 31 goals from 36 attempts.
The Devils are without a win after two rounds, but have shown some good signs against sides that played finals last season.

It was a tough weekend for both Melton and Melton South, with both sides suffering big losses.
Melton was no match for East Point, losing 76-38.
