Melton residents encouraged to connect with nature

The next round of Melton council’s Nature Stewards program will kick off in March, providing an opportunity for participants to connect with their environment through community engagement.

The 10-week course is delivered by Outdoors Victoria, and includes hands-on education sessions on topics such as local ecosystems, geology, flora and fauna and more.

The program also includes four field trips across the municipalities of Hume, the Macedon Ranges and Melton.

Registrations are now open.
