DonateLife Week support call

DonateLife is calling on Australians to grab out your calendar and mark Sunday, July 27 to Sunday, August 3 as DonateLife Week 2025.

With your support, it is hoping to register more Australians as organ and tissue donors and get more people talking about donation this DonateLife Week.

Australians are urged to visit DonateLife’s supporter hub on its website for plenty of ideas on how you can help share life-saving registration and conversation messages.

On this website, you will find out how to:

• Join upcoming webinars on Wednesday, June 4 at 1.30pm or Tuesday, June 10 at 6.30pm

• Get involved with DonateLife Week

• Get your workplace or local community club involved

• Encourage your local coffee shop to join a ‘Register in 2 Sips’ activity

• Contact your local DonateLife agency, tell your story and share its social posts

• Download posters, social tiles, videos and the signature block.

DonateLife wants all supporters to encourage more Australians to register as organ and tissue donors and be the reason someone gets a second chance at life.

Currently, there are about 1800 Australians waiting for a life-saving organ transplant, and many more needing tissue donations.
