November is the month of men, moustaches and “outlandish” mo’ suits – just ask Dennis Stevenson.
The 34-year-old hates being told to “grow a pair” or “suck it up” – instead he’s dedicated the past eight Novembers to growing his facial hair in support of Movember.
Mr Stevenson says he’s had many friends affected by depression, some have committed suicide.
“If men are going to be on top of their physical and mental health, they need to discuss their mental and physical health,” the Melton West man says.
