Safe scooter sessions

Adventures in fairyland

A free, special ‘fairytale land’ for children aged five to eight will make an appearance tomorrow (Wednesday), from 4pm, at Caroline Springs library, 193 Caroline Springs Boulevard.

An online safety session, which gives a basic understanding of some of the security risks of internet use, will run from 2.30pm until 4pm on Thursday, October 27, at Melton library, 31 McKenzie Street.

Food fuss made fun

Darkside of the internet

A former undercover internet detective will address parents on cyber safety next month. The session will include cyber bullying, predatory behaviour, social media, making a digital footprint, gaming and sexting. It’s on Wednesday, November 16, 7-8pm, at Caroline Springs library, 129 Caroline Springs Boulevard.

Cycle to your coffee

Join fellow cyclists at Hannah Watts Park on Sunday, October 30, from 8am, for a leisurely ride around Melton, finishing with coffee at Lazy Moe’s. Bring bikes and helmets.
