Eat healthy

An eat-for-health workshop will provide information on understanding sugar and fat in packaged foods, how to foster healthy weight levels and healthy eating tips. From 10-11.30am on Friday, September 2, at Stevenson House, 10 Stevenson Crescent, Caroline Springs.

The Melton Garden Club meets from 7.30pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Arnolds Creek Community Centre, 19 Claret Ash Boulevard, Melton West. The next meeting will be on Wednesday, July 27.

Mindfulness and meditation

Art therapist Janice Mandara will deliver a talk about mindfulness, meditation and creative expression on Saturday, August 6, from 1-3pm at the Lerderderg library, 215 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh.
