A new community garden will provide a space for Melton residents of different cultures and religions to cultivate produce. Nicole Cornish and Joanne Doyle (pictured) are among those involved in the project, an initiative of the Melton at Heart Working Group. The Immigration and Citizenship Department, Bendigo Bank and Bunnings Warehouse have funded the garden at Djerriwarrh Neighbourhood House. The garden is due to open next year.
