Melton and Moorabool police have put a call out to the public for information on missing 17-year-old Adrian.
Adrian was last seen in Rowville on October 31 at about 10am and police said it’s possible he may have altered his appearance.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Knox Police Station on 9881 7000.
