Story time

A story time will be held at Williamstown Botanic Gardens on January 17 from 10.30-11am. No bookings required.

Be mindful

A free one-hour mindfulness and meditation workshop will be held on February 7 from 7-8pm at Williamstown Community Centre, 14 Thompson Street, Williamstown. Present Mindfulness Academy co-founders Amanda Spencer and Suzanne Marambio will lead mindfulness practices, meditations, and scenarios to use mindfulness to improve your life.
