A resident’s tip-off led to the discovery of $400,000 worth of cannabis in Melton yesterday morning. Melton’s Senior Sergeant Simon Payne said police found 400 plants after a warrant was executed at a Church Street property about 8.30am. Sergeant Payne encouraged anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Melton police on 9749 7999.
