Moorabool Council and Bacchus Marsh Rotary Club will provide free water bottles to 3-year-old children undergoing their check-ups at Moorabool maternal and child health centres.
The program will run over the next two years and is aimed at encouraging children to drink more water instead of sugar-based drinks. Mayor Pat Griffin said dental health could greatly affect general health and wellbeing.
