Bacchus Marsh Grammar’s Little Shop of Horrors hits stage

A gargantuan, man-eating plant, a forlorn florist and a pretty blonde will belt out Motown, rock and doo-wop tunes this week during Bacchus Marsh Grammar’s annual school production.

Students including Chelsea, Braden and Trent (pictured) will act, sing and dance in Little Shop of Horrors, a comedy/horror musical about a luckless florist shop worker who grows a mysterious plant that feeds, and thrives, on human blood.

The show, at Altona Civic Theatre, opens this Thursday at 7.30pm with another show on Friday at 7.30pm and two shows on Saturday at 2pm and 7.30pm. Tickets: adults, $20, children under 12, $17. Details: 53664800
