THE season ended for Melton Junior Cricket Association at the weekend with Melton Centrals, West Saints and Darley taking home the four grades up for grabs.
In under-17s, West Saints 7-136 (J Vernon 30) defeated Bacchus Marsh 9-104 (J Vernon 5-15).
In under-16s, Melton Centrals White 142 (M Jones 36, H Castle 2-14, D Clarke 2-22) lost to Melton Centrals Red 4-142 (H Castle 53 not out, M Walsh 2-34).
In under-14s, Melton Centrals 83 lost to West Saints 6-84 (M Stephens 30 not out, H Davis 3-20).
In under-12s, Melton Centrals 109 (A Clarke 25 not out, C Beaton 3-12) lost to Darley 6-110 (J Cadman 25 not out, B Colley 25 not out, J Whitford 3-30).
The MJCA presentation night will be held on Friday, March 30, at the MacPherson Park club rooms from 7pm.
