Egg hunt
The third annual Bacchus Marsh egg hunt is hopping ahead this weekend to raise funds for the Epilepsy Foundation Victoria. The volunteer-run event will be packed with entertainment including a surprise appearance by a popular TV personality, roaming entertainers, market stalls, food vans and games. The egg hunt is at Darley Park from 9am-3pm on Sunday, March 29.

Eynesbury Eagles family day
Eynesbury Eagles Cricket Club will host a family market day at Eynesbury Village Green from 10am-2pm on Saturday, March 28. Everyone is invited to enjoy the family day out, with activities including a jumping castle, face painting, sausage sizzle and raffles. All money raised will go back into the club. A place to get advice
Melton residents are invited to drop in to an Infolink session if they’re unsure about where to get help for health, legal, migration and employment matters. The free service, run by Djerriwarrh Health Services, Mackillop Family Services, New Hope Foundation, Melton council and Djerriwarrh Community and Education Services, provides information about programs available in the municipality to people with migrant and refugee backgrounds. Interpreters are available on request. The sessions run from 1-4pm every Wednesday at the Melton library,
31 McKenzie Street.
Party in the park
A Party in the Park for Melton South residents has been planned to bring a sense of community, and have a bit of fun. It will run from 11am-2pm on Sunday, March 29, at the Kurrajong Crescent Recreation Reserve, Station Road, Melton South.

Bacchus Marsh/Melton Stroke Support Group meets at 2-4pm, first Wednesday every month at Meeting Room 1, Melton Health, 195 Barries Road, Melton.

Mental health support
If you suffer from any type of mental health issues and feel you could use some support, come to weekly sessions at the new Melton South Community Centre, 41 Exford Road. Session times have changed to Mondays 12.30-2pm for women and Mondays at 7pm for men. It can be hard to make that first move, but the groups are non-judgemental and very friendly. They’re led by friendly professionals on a voluntary basis.

Sort out those fussy eaters
If your child’s a fussy eater, attend this information session and speak to dietitians about your grievances. It’s from 1.30-3pm on Tuesday, March 31, at the Bridge Road children’s and community centre, 260 Bridge Road, Melton South.
