There was plenty of action at the Lake Dewar Spartan Race on Saturday.
The Super Sprint event had hundreds of competitors testing their fitness and toughness against the 14-kilometre, 25-obstacle course in Myrniong.
While spear-throws, sandbag-carries and wall-climbs were some of the toughest obstacles of the day, there was also plenty of hard times for competitors on the mud crawls.
