Moorabool Shire calendar full of hot dates

Moorabool Shire’s annual events calendar, Moorabool 365, has been printed and is ready for distribution across the shire.

According to mayor Paul Tatchell, the calendar, which lists 64 events, is a “must-have” for residents and visitors to the shire.

“We have a bit of everything in way of events – horse trials, markets, food events, festivals, art shows and music performances,” Cr Tatchell said.

“You can plan your year with this one colourful, information-packed calendar.”

The 2015 version has a new format and larger font size to make it easier to read.

Copies of the calendar will be available at locations across the shire and the state, including Bacchus Marsh Visitor Information Centre, selected community centres, tourism operators, retail outlets across the shire, and Federation Square.

Copies can also be picked up from council’s service centres in Ballan, Darley and the Lerderderg library in Bacchus Marsh.

The calendar is also available online with a new feature that allows users to click on an event and be directed to more information in a specific part of the brochure.
