Sunday, November 30 will be Market Day at Melton South Community Centre, 26 Exford Road, Melton South. The market, from 10am-4pm, will have new and quality second-hand items for sale including copper and silver jewellery, wooden toys and bric-a-brac. Raise cash for Ava

A Party for Ava fundraising event will be held at Bacchus Marsh Shire Hall on November 28, from 7pm-midnight. Tickets are $25 and include finger food and entertainment. There will be prizes, auctions and raffles. Money raised will go to six-year old Ava Le Huray’s fight against leukemia. Buy tickets at Bacchus Marsh Primary School or Customised Training at The Business Block. Attendees must be 18 or older.

Melton South Community Group will host free anxiety and depression support groups for men and women. Women’s session from 10-11.30am Mondays, men’s sessions from 7-8.30pm Mondays.
