Lily, 3, and Matilda,5, joined the festivities at Moorabool council’s Kids Get Creative event at Darley, cuddling up with farm animals and joining in many free Children’s Week activities.
Youngsters enjoyed creative play with art activities and woodwork, and some built their own kites.
Parents and carers also had the opportunity to talk to maternal and child health nurses and learn about the endless programs and activities available for children in the shire.
