Romsey’s senior football captain Steve Burlak is free to play in the Riddell District Football League grand final after successfully appealing his suspension.
Burlak was handed a two-game suspension by the tribunal last week for an incident in the second half of his side’s semi-final win against Riddell
The RDFNL tribunal, in its ruling, had suspended one of those games.
On Tuesday night in Ballarat, the club appealed the suspension and was successful, meaning Burlak can play on Sunday against Diggers Rest.
