EDFL: Hillside moves down division 1 ladder

Hillside dropped to seventh place on the Essendon District Football League division 1 ladder after a 48-point loss to Oak Park on Saturday.

After a tight first half, Oak Park took control after the break, booting 11 goals in the next hour.

Oak Park forward Jack Kennedy was the leading goal scorer with seven majors in the 21.8 (134)-13.8 (86) win.

The Sharks will try to rebound from the loss when they take on eighth-placed Hadfield this week.
