Four people have been taken into police custody following the discovery of a man’s body in Melton South on Saturday morning.
Homicide detectives were called to a Melton South property after the man was found with what police reported as a gun shot wound about 2.10am.
Four people – two women and two men – were taken into custody at about 7am and are currently being interviewed by police in relation to the death.
Police are currently at the property in Phillip Street and are treating the death as suspicious.
