Women squash a male myth

MELTON women like Natalie and Carissa are ready to have some light-hearted fun on the squash court.

Registrations for a new program ‘Hits and Giggles’ are being taken at Melton’s Squash Logic. The Squash Victoria program aims to help women who are time-poor to get active once a week for six weeks.

Including a weekly coaching session, the program is also a way for women to socialise, and it’s aimed at countering the stereotype that squash is a male-dominated sport.

Hits and Giggles starts July 30, 9.30am-10.30am. Details: squashvic.com.au.
