DARLEY Junior Football Club has been awarded a $20,000 grant to upgrade a kitchen so it can keep supporting disadvantaged families.
The Bank of Melbourne’s neighbourhood fund seeks to reward organisations working to address issues of physical, social or economic disadvantage.
The club, which has more than 300 young footballers, netballers and parents, helps disadvantaged children by raising funds so they can be involved.
