HOMETOWN hero Steve Valek (pictured) floored crowd favourite Benny Coles at the fifth Melton Mayhem Wrestling tournament on Saturday night.
More than 220 fans attended the two-hour event at the Melton Darts Centre.
Current champ Valek proved too strong for Coles (better known as Iron Jay from the I&J fish fingers TV advertisements) in a NAW title fight.
The card also featured a female 3-versus-3 tag fight.
NAW events are held in the western suburbs once a month and in Melton every three months. Details: newagewrestling.com.au
