MOORABOOL Council will welcome 12 new citizens at a ceremony in Ballan on Tuesday.
The new residents have come from nations including Scotland, Italy, Gibraltar, Mexico and India.
The council will present those taking the citizenship oath with a welcome gift including a certificate and native sapling.
