BACCHUS Marsh Lions Club hopes to break a fund-raising record for this year’s Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
The club, which collected $24,502.40 last year, is calling for volunteers to join Bacchus Marsh Grammar year 8 students Kaitlyn, Nick, William and Georgia (pictured with club member Ben Noble).
Tin rattlers can start collecting in the days leading up to March 29. People can register or donate at Bacchus Marsh fire station any time after 9am on Good Friday.
More details: phone Ben Noble on 0409 885 700 or David Atterbury on 0439 324 494. Local businesses will also have donation tins on their counters.
