A MAN in his 50s died this morning after his car flipped off the Western Freeway near Bungaree.
An ambulance spokesperson said emergency services were notified at 6.43am the car had left the westbound lane and ended up on its side.
The man was ‘‘severely trapped’’ in the vehicle and had been receiving treatment for serious injuries but he died at the scene.
