A ST Albans man suffered minor injuries after falling from his motorcycle while trying to avoid a booze bus on the Melton Highway about 8.45pm on December 6.
Police said the rider, who was on an unregistered Suzuki motorcycle, lost control of it and fell, resulting in a grazed elbow and knees, while turning onto a dirt road on Ryans Lane.
He admitted to travelling at 150-160km/h on the dirt road and has been bailed to appear at Sunshine Magistrates Court to face charges of exceeding the speed limit, riding an unlicensed bike, being unregistered, and altering a number plate.
