Bacchus Marsh had a tough day out in Bowls Victoria weekend pennant division 1, section 1.
Facing Brunswick, Bacchus Marsh lost all four rinks going down 82 (18)-64 (0).
Matthew Bacon’s rink lost 21-13, Troy Williams’ rink lost 21-20, Dan Willis’ rink lost 20-15 and Phil Minniti’s rink lost 20-16.
After two rounds, Bacchus Marsh has just two points on the board.
Meanwhile in division 2, section 1, Melton had a strong win against Essendon 2.
Melton won 82 (16) – 74 (2).
The winning skips were Shane Murton, Alan Thistlethwaite and Todd Trewarne.
Melton sits second after two rounds.
