China put on a dominant display against Indonesia in the AFL International Cup match at Diggers Rest on Saturday.

After an even first quarter on the scoreboard, the Chinese got going in the second quarter and showed they were the strong team and opened up a handy lead at half time.

It continued that way in the second half, with the Chinese keeping the Indonesians score less after quarter time.  The final score was 10.9 (69)-0.2 (2).

Dean Wei kicked three goals for the Chinese team and was named best on field.

Manendra Gilang Saputro was named the best for the Indonesians.

Chine sits on top of the division 2 ladder after three rounds, with three wins. The Indonesians have a 1-2 record.

Both sides stayed around after their match and cheered on the Burras as they defeated Romsey. It’s the second time Diggers Rest has hosted an international cup game.
