Having looked good early in the season, Bacchus Marsh sits 15 points outside the top four heading into the Christmas break.

Meanwhile, Gisborne’s Sam Boslem won the club’s six-week Friday night tournament. The tournament featured players from across the state. The club is looking at holding a tournament in the new year for novice or new bowlers.

In Ballarat District Bowls Division, the Avenue’s two-game winning streak came to an end against Creswick in division 1.
