David Kirk found the middle of the bat more often than not during a brilliant innings for Melton in the Victorian Sub-District Cricket Association on Saturday.
Kirk smashed 103 and led the Lions to its impressive 5-284 against Kew. Michael Allen was also a standout for Melton with 89, while Nathan Allen made 29. Kew will begin its run chase this weekend. After four rounds, Melton is second on the VSDCA ladder.
