Melton Centrals’ netballers didn’t fare much better than their footballers, going down to Riddell by 20.
Rebecca Morabito (18 goals) and Renee Hulls (15) tried hard for the visitors, but the defence couldn’t hold up against Riddell’s Sophie O’Shea (44 goals) as the home side claimed the victory 53-33.
In other games, Rupertswood smashed Rockbank by a whopping 81-11 margin and Diggers Rest lost 39-55 to Romsey.
