Melton and Darley will meet in the preliminary final of the Ballarat Football League reserves competition.
The winner will play Redan in the grand final.
Melton lost Saturday’s second semi-final 15.14 (104) to 9.9 (63) against Redan, while Darley stayed alive by winning the first semi-final against East Point on Sunday, 13.8 (86) to 10.8 (68).
In under-18s, Melton South lost 11.6 (72) to 5.7 (37) against North Ballarat City on Sunday. Melton South will play Ballarat in this weekend’s preliminary final.
