A massive shire-wide festival is currently running across Moorabool, with live entertainment each weekend for residents to enjoy over winter, continuing on Saturday July 2 in Gordon.

The day will kick off with the Martini Set Trio from 1:30pm at Gordons at Gordon, where visitors will enjoy a variety of swing music styles of the likes of Bobby Darin, Louie Prima and Dean Martin.

Down the street, Anni Neptune will perform at Shambles Antique and Boot Shoppe from 2:30pm and treat audiences to her acoustic folk, pop and blues stylings.

Following her will be Ballarat father and daughter duo Freya and Tom McGowan, who will perform tunes by folk and country artists such as Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline and Joni Mitchell.

Back at Gordons at Gordon, another father daughter duo of Milla and Geoffrey Williams will perform a set of covers and some originals with soulful, acoustic vibes from 6pm.

Geoffrey Williams will also perform a solo set at the Gordon Hotel from 7:30pm. Williams is an experienced artist who has recorded five albums with label giants such as EMI and Atlantic Records and has previously written songs for artists such as Michael Jackson and Dusty Springfield.

Visitors to the Gordon Hotel will also enjoy a performance from pop and soul inspired singer songwriter CYNTA at 6:30pm.

The events are all-ages and free to attend.
