Melton residents are being warned to avoid Boundary Road next week.
As part of Melton council’s Unsealed Road Network Upgrade Strategy, works are being undertaken to upgrade and seal Boundary Road from Mount Cottrell Road to The Mall.
The intersections at Faulkners Road and Downing Street will be upgraded as part of these works.
The planned works will result in improved road safety for the road users and reduction in dust pollution for the residents.
Stage 1 of the works will take place between Wednesday, November 3 and Monday, November 8.
Local property access will be maintained during these works.
Appropriate Traffic Management and guidelines regarding detours will be in place.
