Western Victoria Transmission Network Project community session

Moorabool and Melton residents can have their questions answered about the Western Victoria Transmission Network Project (WVTNP) at an online community session with AusNet Service.

The WVTNPs proposed 190-kilometre transmission line would stretch from Bulgana near Stawell through Moorabool and Melton to Sydenham, with power lines potentially placed on or very near people’s properties.

AusNet Services are preparing an Environment Effects Statement for the WVTNP, according to Moorabool council.

Residents can submit questions and join the online community session on Thursday, November 11.
