“Let us not forget that Jesus is the reason for the season.”

Moorabool mayor Ally Munari said council is excited to have many festive local events and attractions in the lead up to Christmas.

“We’ll have our amazing Christmas trees that have been decorated by local primary school children dotted throughout the shire,” she said.

“There will be free activities run by our libraries and youth teams, as well as plenty of external activities including markets, musicians and carols. We encourage residents to check out our website so they don’t miss out on celebrating and spreading Christmas cheer.”
