Two people are lucky to be alive after shots were fired into a car in Rockbank on Thursday night.
A round passed through the driver’s headrest and exited the vehicle from the front passenger side window, missing both the driver and front seat passenger.
Police say they don’t have a description of the car or offender and the victims weren’t injured.
Police say the attack, on the Western Freeway just before 9pm, appears to be random and are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
