Victoria Police are seeking any information relating to the whereabouts of Melakye, who was last seen earlier this week.
The 15-year-old was last seen wearing a red tracksuit top and pants, a black shirt and red shoes.
He was last seen on Caroline Springs Boulevard at 3pm February 26.
Melakye is known to frequent the Melton and Mentone areas.
