All outbound lanes of the Western Freeway have been closed at Rockbank due to a police incident.
Motorists are being advised to exit the Western Freeway at Hopkins Road and use Greigs Road and Leakes Road to return to the Western Freeway.
There are significant delays in the area and motorists are advised to allow plenty of extra time for their journeys.
The closure is under the control of Victoria Police. Outbound lanes of the Western Freeway will open when investigations are complete and it’s deemed safe to do so.
