Pedestrian death on Western Highway

A pedestrian has died after being hit by a truck in Thornhill Park on Wednesday evening.

Police believe the man was hit by the truck on the Western Highway at about 10.30pm.

The driver of the truck stopped and is assisting police with enquiries.

The man is yet to be identified and the circumstances surrounding the collision will be investigated.
