Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a motorcyclist at Coimadai today.
The male motorcyclist was found deceased by a passing motorist at the intersection of Long Forest and Diggers Rest-Coimadai roads about 12.30pm.
Police believe the rider struck a tree and died at the scene, but are still determining when the crash occurred and who the rider is.
He was riding a late-model Ducati.
