Melton syndicate wins $1.3 million

Have you checked your lottery ticket yet?

Punters are being encouraged to check their numbers because some members of a Melton syndicate may not know they have won a share of $1.3 million last Saturday.

The group of 10 winners, known as Road to Riches, purchased their tickets at Woodgrove Lotto in Woodgrove Shopping Centre and will walk away with more than $130,000 each.

They were among two Victorian 10-share syndicates to land TattsLotto first-division prizes at the weekend.

Some of the Melton players were unregistered with a Tatts card so may still have no idea they won.

Woodgrove Lotto owner Samir Chaudhary said he was thrilled to learn of the division one win for his Road to Riches store syndicate.

“I’m over the moon,” he said.

“This is our first division one win, and it’s so great that it’s a syndicate – we’re able to share the joy with not one, but 10 of our customers.

“The syndicate is called Road to Riches, which I think is just perfect. It’s exactly what this win means for our customers.”

The Road to Riches syndicate’s two-game System 10 quickpick entry also earned more than $30,000 in divisional prizes.

The six winning numbers in the June 10 draw No.3745 were 14, 24, 44, 22, 12 and 20. The supplementary numbers were 32 and 6.
