A Maddingley man has been charged after a fatal car crash on Friday in Coimadai.
A collision involving a truck, bus and multiple cars occured on Diggers Rest-Coimadai Road about 3.40pm on July 8.
According to police, the driver of the truck was trapped in his vehicle for a short time while the driver, and only occupant of the bus, wasn’t injured.
A male driver of one of the cars involved died at the scene.
The Maddingley man was charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death.
He will appear before Melbourne Magistrates Court today.
