Melton parents of toddlers and pre-schoolers are being encouraged to join a free parent group.
New Parent Group is a free program offered to all first time parents residing in Melton and is led by a facilitator who will encourage parents to share stories and discuss strategies and techniques to support families in the early transition to parenthood.
There are seven groups on offer:
• Development at 18 months
• Development at 2 years
• Development at 3 ½ years
• Baby/toddler nutrition and fussy eating
• Toilet training
• Toddler play and development
• Managing challenging behaviour
