You’d think Thursday’s of a announcement of a tornado warning would have everyone concerned – but when you live between Melbourne and Ballarat there’s no such things as bad weather, just the wrong clothes.
So it’s not surprising the tornado warning created more internet memes than it did damage.
Of course it was all over in an instant, which led to this witty observation that’s not without fact.
