The latest data from the department of health has shown a decrease of new daily COVID-19 cases for Melton and Moorabool.
Melton has recorded just 154 new cases in the last 24 hours to Monday January 24 with the total number of active cases to 2918.
Moorabool has recorded 29 new cases, bringing the total number of active cases to 386.
These numbers show a significant difference from this time last week, where Melton recorded 548 new cases and Moorabool 75.
